Our Organic Lamb

We are confident that the lamb we produce is amongst the finest you will ever eat.
Our extensive grassland system at Horton Park Farm is organic. Every animal is expertly selected, hung and butchered to the highest standards.
We lamb the flock outdoors in April when the grazing is at its best, they really are a free range totally outdoors flock.
How To Order:
Lamb is sold from July right through to March, supply permitting. We are now taking orders for this year’s lamb which is ready now and depending on the winter our lamb should be available until March 2013.
In the first instance please contact us by email for availability Horton Park Organic Lamb is sold on carcass weight in either whole or half boxes and the size varies slightly.
A whole lamb box - approx 18 – 23 kg. Price £7.90/kilo
[Roasting joints available as whole or half legs/shoulders, best end roast, chump and loin chops, neck fillet, mince, liver and kidneys]. This fits into a box measuring 58 x 38 x 15 cm.
Half a lamb box - approx 9 – 12 kg Price £8.40/kilo
[Available with the cuts as above but only half the quantity]. This fits into a box measuring 37 x 29.5 x 14.5 cm. Half a lamb fits into a small freezer drawer.
All boxes come with a small bag of bones.
Delivery – Next day delivery in specially insulated and chilled boxes for an additional charge of £21.00. for a whole lamb and £19.00 for a half lamb.
